Nearly every personal artwork I create - apart from commissioned work - is connected to S7ven, my original dark fantasy universe.Each painting reveals a fragment of its characters, relationships, history, or world.

THE ORIGINAL STORY
S7ven was originally imagined as a novel, and the books remain the main and complete version of its story.The webcomic offers a visual doorway into its world, but my highly rendered painting style makes every panel a long creative process.Now that I have developed the visual language of S7ven, my main focus has returned to writing the novels.
WHY I CHOSE THE NOVEL
I first created S7ven as a story I wanted to write. But I also dreamed of seeing its characters and world come to life visually.Because of a severe hand disability, dysgraphia, and motor difficulties affecting my arms and wrists, drawing traditionally had always been painful for me.
I had never imagined becoming an artist.At 24, unable to afford an illustrator for my characters, I began teaching myself digital painting from home.
Digital art opened a door that traditional drawing never could: it allowed me to explore art, adapt my process to my body, and slowly build a style that let me create with less pain.For several years, I placed the writing aside while I learned how to bring my characters to life.
Today, at 30, I finally feel that its characters and world have the artistic language I was searching for.That is why I have returned to the original heart of the project: the novels.
The webcomic remains a visual glimpse into S7ven, while my paintings continue to reveal fragments of its characters, relationships, and world.My parents were my first readers and have always loved my stories. Even while I placed writing aside to develop my art, they continued to support me, and became some of the biggest supporters of my paintings too.Now, I want to finally share with them & you the story I have carried for so many years.
